Onsite Base Maintenance / Technical Representative.

During Scheduled Maintenance inspections, or indeed non-routine MRO visits. The Technical Representative will ensure all airworthiness, quality and certification matters are resolved to the current regulatory requirements. Observed discrepancies are fully assessed and reported, MRO be authorised and progressed.

The on-site Technical Representative provides oversight of general progress and highlighting any areas of concern. Our on-site Representatives can provide daily reports, detailing progress and findings. This will provide information on specifics such as actual and planned release expectations. Open OEM queries and status.

We can also provide support of an on-site Logistics Representative that would control and manage all matters concerning spares support. The Logistic Representative will control all aspects including pre-load, Rotable and consumable ordering and shipping. Rotable returns and AOG scenarios.

Efficient Logistics support can lead to substantial cost benefits to the Operator.
Delays to maintenance inputs can be significantly reduced. Timely sourcing, ordering and receipt of spares during the final stages of an input can mean the difference between scheduled or delayed redelivery. The consequences of a delayed RTS can be extremely punitive.

Our onsite representatives closely monitors the check schedule against expected progress. Their role is to ensure that should there be any significant technical findings. Investigation, reporting, and the subsequent implementation of OEM instructions or repair scheme has a minimal affect on the release to service.
Utilising the knowledge gained from many differing scenarios, we apply our knowledge to mitigate any issue that could negatively affect scheduled utilisation upon release and return to service.

Upon completion, the Technical Representative will ensure the work package is complete in all respects. All Aircraft certification and maintenance records are updated and transmitted. This will include routine, non-routine and rotable parts replacement.

Our Representatives never compromise where issues of quality and safety are concerned.
